Last updated: July 11, 2026

Welcome to Lumenara.

Lumenara is a digital experience designed to offer moments of reflection, guidance, and quiet contemplation. Lumenara is currently operated by Jean-François Rondeau.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit enterlumenara.com, use the Lumenara experience, request a Guide by email, or join The Lumenara Journal.

By using Lumenara, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

01

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Lumenara, we may collect:

Information you provide directly, such as your email address when you request a Guide or join The Lumenara Journal.

Information related to your Lumenara experience, such as the Guide you drew, its category, the date and time of the interaction, whether a Guide email was successfully sent, and your consent preferences.

Technical information may also be collected automatically by our website, hosting infrastructure, security systems, or future analytics tools. This may include information such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from an IP address, and basic usage information.

Lumenara does not ask you to provide, record, or share the question, intention, or personal thought you hold in your mind while drawing a Guide.

02

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • — provide and operate the Lumenara experience;
  • — send a Guide you have requested;
  • — send The Lumenara Journal when you have agreed to receive it;
  • — maintain records of consent and email preferences;
  • — operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Lumenara;
  • — understand general usage patterns;
  • — prevent misuse, fraud, or technical abuse; and
  • — comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

03

The Lumenara Journal

When clearly disclosed at the time you submit your email address, requesting a Guide may also enrol you in The Lumenara Journal, a weekly email featuring cosmic notes, Mercury moods, curious quirks, reflections, and other content from Lumenara.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Journal emails.

Where applicable, Lumenara maintains records relating to consent, including when and how consent was provided.

04

Service providers

Lumenara uses trusted third-party service providers to operate the experience. These may include:

Supabase — database, storage, and backend infrastructure.

Resend — transactional email delivery, including sending requested Guides.

Kit — email subscriber management and delivery of The Lumenara Journal, once integrated.

Lovable and related hosting infrastructure — development, deployment, and operation of the Lumenara web application.

These providers may process information on our behalf according to their respective terms, privacy practices, and security measures.

Some service providers may process or store information outside Québec or Canada. When personal information is transferred across jurisdictions, it may become subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

05

Cookies and analytics

Lumenara may use essential technologies required for the website and application to function properly.

If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide additional consent choices where required by applicable law.

06

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing requested services, maintaining appropriate business and consent records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.

When personal information is no longer required, we may delete, destroy, or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

07

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
